The Association for Project Management (APM) Project Fundamentals Qualification (PFQ) is a great way to start your project management career, allowing you to gain an understanding of the principles of the project profession. It offers a fundamental awareness of project management terminology giving you the knowledge to make a positive contribution to any project.
This course is accredited by the APM and aligns with the PFQ syllabus, based on the APM Body of Knowledge (BoK) 7thedition. It is also SCQF Level 6. It will prepare candidates for the PFQ exam and provide a broad understanding of the principles of project profession.
No prior knowledge or experience is required for this qualification.
The Online PFQ utilises state of the art, interactive e-learning. Candidates will complete the modules aligned to the PFQ syllabus. This package includes the online exam.

Learners must meet the following criteria
- Must be aged 19+ and must have turned 19 before 31st August 2024
- Must have lived in the UK for 3 years
- Must live within the Portsmouth region
- Must be employed (as it is a co-funded Skills Bootcamp)
